Asparagus Salad with Radish and Pea Pods
Preparation
Clean and cut the edges of the asparagus. Biol the asparagus in salted water. When finished, put it aside. Wash and clean the pea pods and shortly stew them into butter. Cut the ends of the radish and cut them into quarters. Put the field salat, the rocket and the radishes onto plates and add the minced herbs. Mix the sour cream with the yoghurt, salt and pepper and add minced herbs. Pour the dresisng onto the salat, add the asparagus and enjoy it!
