Köttbullar with baby potatoes
Preparation
Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water. Peel the garlic and the onions and chop finely. Heat some butter in a pan and sauté the garlic and the onion dices in it. After that put dem in a big bowl.
Let the boiled potatoes cool down and press them into the bowl where you put the garlic and onion. Add the beef mince and the chopped parsley. Fold in the breadcrumbs, the whipping creme and the egg, season wit salt & pepper and knead everything into an evenly mixture. Form about 40-50 meatballs out of the mixture and put them to a cool place for 1 hour so they keep their form.
Clean and halve the potatoes and put them with olive oil and the rosemary on a baking tin. Bake them in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
Fry the meatballs in a pan with enough oil. Turn them around a few times.
Serve the Köttbullar with the potatoes and some cranberryjam (optional).
