8 plums
4 branches of rosemary
juice of two lemons
1 bottle champagne/prosecco
300 ml soda water
4 tbsp. cassis syrup

For the plum champagne smash cut the plums into halfes and remove the core. Cut one plum into thin slices. Cut the rest of the plums into rough pieces and mix them with the lemon juice, then puree everything. Put the plum puree on the ground of a glass and fill it up with champagne and soda water. Serve the cocktail garnished with a lemon and a plum slice.
If you want you can also use prosecco instead of champagne.
