Ingredients
For the potatoe bake:
500 g potatoes
3 tbsp. butter
a pinch of salt
100 ml milk
2 cloves of garlic
100 ml heavy cream
80 g cheese
4 salmon fillets á 200 g
juice of 1 lemon
a dash of soy sauce
1-2 tbsp. honey
1-2 branches rosemary
For the potatoe bake:

Preheat the oven to 175° degrees. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into slices. Melt the butter and grease a casserolle pan. Grate the cheese. Put the potatoes into the casserolle pan and put the cheese in between. Spice it with salt and pepper. Mix the milk with the heavy cream and pour the mixture over the potatoe cheese bake. Bake the dish into the preheated oven with 175 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Marinate the salmon fillets with the olive oil, honey, soy sauce and lemon juice. Heat olive oil in a pan and roast the salmon fillets gently for a few minutes on medium heat. Serve the potatoe cheeese bake with the salmon fillets.
