Baked Plum Rice Pudding
Wash, core and quarter the plums. Marinate with cinnamon and vanilla sugar. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (circulating air). Bring the milk with rice, sugar and vanilla marc to boil. Then reduce the temperature and let boil down slightly for about 10 minutes. Take it out of the oven, fill up a casserole (26 x 17 cm) and smooth down. Put the plum quarters on the top and put all together in the preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes. In between butter up the plums with melted butter. Serve warm.
