Ingredients
4 Slices of bread
For the topping:
2 chicken filets

2 Avocados {medium sized}
2 tbsp. olive oil
100 g Cherry tomatoes
1 Chilis
¼ tsp. pepper powder
Some basil, thyme & majoram
2 tbsp. sunflower seeds

Peel the avocados and cut them into pieces. Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Marinade the avocado and tomato slices with olive oil and pepper powder. Wash and clean the chili and chop it very fine. Wash and dry the herbals. Afterwards chop then and mix everything to the salsa.
Wash and clean the chicken filets and cut them into pieces. Then grill them in a pan and season with salt and pepper.
If you like, you cann grill the bread in a pan. At least give the salsa and the chicken on the brad and serve it garnishd with sunflower seeds and herbals.
