Ingredients
1 ciabatta
3 tbsp. olive oil
1,5 tbsp. Teryaki Sauce with Garlic
300 g fresh mushrooms
180 g bacon
4 tbsp. Teryaki Sauce with Garlic
some pepper
optional: 180 g cream cheese

Cut the ciabatta into slices of about 1,5 cm. Preheat the oven with grill level. Mix the olive oil with the Teriyaki sauce with roasted garlic. Spread the breads with the mixture and bake them for a few minutes in the preheated oven on the highest rack, until they are gold brown. Brush the mushrooms and cut them and the bacon into thin slices. Put the bacon in a pan and roast it, afterwards add some olive oil and the mushrooms and roast everything for some minutes. Add the Teriyaki Sauce and some pepper. Put everything on the ciabatta and serve them warm.
