Campfire Bread on a spit

Preparation
Crumb the yiest and dissolve in lukewarm water together with the honey. Knead in the flour. Let the dough rise covered on a warm place for about 45 minutes.
Then knead in the olive oil and the salt and again let the dough rise covered for another 45 minutes.
Before you work up the dough roll it up on a floured surface and knead it shortly. Then form a roll. Cut off some pieces and roll them into baguettes and stick them on the spits. Roast the bread on open fire but with medium heat.
