Ingredients
180 ml orange juice
2 carrots (= 100 g)
1 banana
¼ tsp grated ginger
1 TL Honey
2-3 ice cubes

Peel the carrots and cut them into slices. Peel the banana. Put all ingredients in a smoothie maker and mix it finely.
