In the year 2011 something really great happened. My recipe for “Tagliatelle with salmon and tomatoes” was published in a cookbook, released by one of the most popular top cooks in Austria – Lisl Wagner-Bacher who got 2 Michelin Stars and is very popular for her upscale cuisine in Austria. The cookbook that was published in cooperation with philadelphia is available in a all bookstores.
Next to the release we did an extended cookingclass at Lisl Wagner-Bachers own kitchen and were able to cook with her cooks. After that we were having a great dinner at the Landhaus Bacher.
I of course love this book till today because all the recipes are simple, tasty and done very quickly. So please have a look on my recipe in the book:
