Ingredients (for the dough):
1 cup walnuts
6 tbs cacao
4 tbs Bona oil
1 egg
7 tbs flour
3 tbs agave syrup
For the filling:
150 g sugar
200 g chocolate
140 g Ceres coconut fat
120 g coconut flakes
4 eggs
2 tbs rum
Preparation:
For the dough: Knead the walnuts with the cacao, the flour, coconut oil, agave syrup and the egg. Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface. Line a roun tarte form (36 cm) with the dough and put it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
For the filling: Melt the chocolate with the coconut fat, stir in sugar, rum, eggs and the coconut flakes. Spread the mixture over the tarte. The tarte must bake at 175 C for 1 hour. Finally sprinkle it with icing sugar.
The tarte has to rest one day in the fridge in order to get a solid mass.
