An easy recipe for a homemade frozen yoghurt. A light and delicious version of ice cream topped with summer fruits.
Ingredients (for 6 servings):
500 g natural yoghurt
1/4 liter water
200 g sugar
1 pkg. vanilla sugar
20 g icing sugar
Cook the water with 200 g sugar und let it cook till it´s a thick sirup. Add the yoghurt and the vanilla sugar and ad 20 g sugar. Put the mix in an ice cream machine and let the frozen yoghurt until it has a creamy consitency.
If you have no ice machine freeze the froyo and stir in every 20 to 30 minutes with a blender. Freeze it about four hours.
Serve it in some small chevron ice cream bowls.
