130 g brown sugar

3 eggs
125 g butter
200 ml Stiegl Pale Ale
60 g cocoa
225 g flour
1 pkg. baking powder

For the galze:
75 g chocolate
30 g coconut oil

For the galze:

Heat the oven up to 175° (circulating air). Grease the ring shaped baking dish with butter. Crack the eggs with the sugar for a few minutes. Melt the butter and stir in. Also stir in the beer. Mix the flour with the baking powder and the cocoa and fold lowly into the mixture. Put the mixture into the baking dish and bake it for 50 minutes in the reheated oven. Leave to cool and turn out of the mould. Sprinkle with sugar and serve it.
For the glaze: melt the chocolate with the coconut oil. Let it cool, but just a bit so it is still liquid, and douse the bundt cake with it.
