Ingredients
About 450 ml Lillet blanc or Rosé
1 l Rosé Prosecco or Rosé Wine
750 ml soda
2 lemons
2 limes
3-4 tbs organic rose blooms
125 – 130 ml elderberry syrup

125 – 130 ml elderberry syrup
Cut the lemons and limes. Mix the syrup with the wine or prosecco and the Lillet. Add the rose blooms and citrus fruits. Let it soak a few hours in the refrigerator. Top up with the soda water. Serve with plenty of ice cubes and enjoy it ice-cold.
