Ingredients

200 g sugar
250 g butter
250 g nuts {e.g.: hazelnuts}
300 g flour
1 pkg. baking powder
3 EL soy sauce sweet
350 g pears

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Beat the eggs with the butter and the sugar in a bowl. Stir in the nuts and the soy sauce. Add the flour and the baking powder to the mixture. Wash the pears and remove the core. Cut the pears into slices. Put half of the pear slices into a baking pan. Pour the dough over the pears and put the other half of the fruits on top.
Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Take the cake out of the oven, let it cool down and serve it with icing sugar on top.
