Lukewarm Vegetable Salad
Preparation
Peel and clean the zucchini. Cut the zucchini into small pieces. Peel the onion and the garlic clove. Cut them into small pieces, also the tomatoe. Peel and cut the cucumber. Heat the olive oil in a pan and stew the onion and the garlic. Add the zucchini pieces. Roast the vegetables shortly, then take the pan off the heat and add the tomatoes and cucumbers. Put one tbsp into each of the 6 prepared glasses. Fill them with the vegetables and then with Nonno Nanni Robiola. Serve warm.
