Ingredients:
1/2 pkg . baking powder
150 g butter
150 g powdered sugar
150 g flour
170 g chocolate
2 large eggs
for the topping:
250 ml whipping cream
lemon juice of 1 lemon
100 g powdered sugar
Preparation:
Beat the eggs with the sugar until stiff. Melt the butter and the chocolate. Stir in the powder and the baking powder in the sugar-egg-mixture and stir in the melted butter and chocolate later. Put the dough in the baking dishes and bake it in the preheated oven at 170 ° for about 20 to 25 minutes. Let the cupcakes cool down.
For the topping: beat the whipping cream, stir in the lemon juice and the powdered sugar. Fill the cream in a a decorating bag and top the cupcakes with the cream and some chocolate rolls.
