This easy mixed salad recipe is full of vitamins and healthy ingredients with a dressing made without oil and low cal.

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

1 green salad

2 large tomatoes

1 red pepper

2 tbsp sunflower seeds

For the dressing:

200 g of natural yoghurt drink (f.ex: plain actimel)

2 tbsp fat reduced mayonnaise (25% or less)

1 garlic clove

2 tbsp chopped, fresh herbs

juice of ½ lemon

salt & pepper

Preparation:

Wash the salad and the vegetables. Cut the tomatoes and the pepper in pieces and pick the salad in pieces. For the dressing: peel the garlic and press it. Chop the herbs in small pieces. Mix the actimel with the mayonnaise, the lemon juice and the chopped herbs. Salt and pepper it and shake it or mix it in a blender.

Pour the mixed salad with the dressing and top it with sunflower seeds for serving.
