An easy but delicious one pot cheese pasta recipe – very creamy.Done in a few minutes. Put all ingredients in one pot and you get a creamy garlic one pot cheese pasta in a few minutes.


250 g pasta

4 garlic cloves

1 cup of grated cheese

1 cup of milk

2 cups of vegetable broth

2 tbs provencal herbs

olive oil

salt & pepper


Peel the garlic cloves and dice them in small pieces. Heat less olive oil in a pot and roast the garlic in the oil. Add the raw pastaa, brew it with the milk and the vegetable broth. Flavor it with salt and pepper and the provencal herbs. Cook it for 15 to 18 minutes at maximum heat. Stir in the grated cheese in the end and serve the pasta immediately.
