My motto is – everybody can cook. You don´t believe that – then you need to try this one pot chicken pasta recipe. So easy that even cook-rookies, stressed mum or pencil pusher can do it. This one pot pasta recipe is easy, quick and very healthy for the whole family.

Ingredients:

3 tall carrots

1 red pepper

2 garlic cloves

3 skinless chicken filets

1 onion

1/2 leek

150 g Pasta (spaghetti)

2 tbs soy sauce

3 tbs extra virgin olive oil

4 cups vegetable soup

salt & pepper

1/2 tbs paprika powder

Preparation:

Peel the carrots and the onion. Cut all the vegetables and the chicken breasts into small pieces. Put all the vegetables, the meat and the pasta in a pot. Flavour it with the olive oil, salt and pepper, soy sauce, paprika powder and put the vegetable soup in. Cook it for 20 minutes. Stir in several times.

This simple one pot pasta recipe sounds incredible, but it really works and you get a healthy and delicious family dish in a few minutes.
