Ingredients
500 g pasta (parpadelle)
½ bunch of chives
½ bunch parsley
1 fist of mint
175 g cream cheese
juice of a half lemon
35 ml oil
salt & pepper

Wash the herbs and leave a few for later to garnish the pasta. Chop the rest of the herbs, add the lemon juice, mix it with the oil. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. Heat the herbal pesto in a pan, add the pasta, season it with salt and pepper and serve it in pasta plates. Garnish it with the rest of the herbs. Use two teaspoons to shape dumplings of the cream cheese and add it to the pasta. Serve it immediatly.
