Easy recipe for chicken pesto crusted breasts. Quick in the making but delicious for the whole family.
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
4 chicken breasts
salt & pepper
1 glass green pesto
2 tbs olive oil
750 g pasta
Preheat the oven at 180° degrees. Wash the chicken breasts and plot them dry. Put two tablespoons olive oil in a pan, add the chicken breasts and spread them the pesto. Add salt and pepper. Bake the chicken for 20 minutes. Cook the pasta according to package instruction in salted water. Serve the pasta with the crusted chicken breast and garnish it with some herbs.
