Ingredients

1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon

120 g pumpkin puree
120 ml milk
some butter
4 EL sugar
1 TL cinnamon

Preheat the oven on 175°C. Half the pumpkin and remove the seeds, afterwards cut it into pieces. Cook the pumpkin pieces in some water until they are smooth and puree them. Make a dough out of the puree and the rest of the ingredients. Butter a doughnut form, and give the dough into it. Bake it for 12-14 minutes in the preheated oven. Afterwards roll the doughnuts in sugar and cinnamon.
