Rolled turkey with cream cheese filling
Lay the turkey breasts between two pieces of foil. Beat them with the meat tenderizer until flat. Spice them with salt and pepper. Spread cream cheese onto the turkey breasts, then the pesto. Roll them in and wrap the binder yarn around them. Prepare the pasta, therefore boil it for about 20 minutes into salted water. Heat some olive oil in a pan, add one rosemary twig. Brown the meat from all sides, them take them out of the pan and cut them into slices. Rinse the pasta in butter and serve the pasta with the rolled turkey breasts on top. Decorate it with a bit of cranberry jam.
