Ingredients
200 g sugar
5 egg yolks {size L}
375 ml heavy cream
225 ml milk
3 tbsp. soy sauce

Stir 3 tbsp. of sugar with the egg yolks. Caramelise the rest of the sugar in a pot. When the sugar is brown and melted, add the milk and the heavy cream. Add the soy sauce. Let it boil down for 20 to 30 minutes on low heat. Pour the milk mixture to the eggyolks while stirring. Pour it back into the pot and let it boil down again on low heat. Stir constantly. Let it cool down for a couple of hours. Put it into an icecream maker and freeze it.
