Ingredients:

200 g red grapes

1 banana

2 kiwis

350 ml yoghurt, milk or orange juice

Preparation:

Peel the banana and the kiwi. Put all the fruits in a blender and mix it to a creamy smoothie.

Enjoy fresh.
