Recipe for spring tarte flambee with fine easter ingredients. Perfect for easter or spring family brunch recipe.

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

500 g powder

2 tbs olive oil

200 ml water

1 tsp salt

For the topping:

150 g sour cream

8 slices of bacon or ham

100 g mushrooms

2 eggs

1 clove of garlic

100 g of green pesto

optional: some fresh salad

salt & pepper

Preparation:

Knead the powder with the salt, olive oil and water to a dough. Roll out the dough on a baking paper. Peel and press the garlic clove. Mix the sour cream with the garlic clove, add salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven at 200 ° degrees. Coat the dough with the sour cream mix. Halve the mushrooms and put them on the dough. Bake the tarte in the oven for 30 – 40 minutes. Add the raw eggs at 20 minutes baking time. Garnish the tarte flambee with prosciutto and green pesto before serving.

Tip: add some salad or spinach if you want.
