Tomato Beans One Pot Stew
Preperation: let the white beans soak overnight (at least for 12 hours) in water.
Peel the onion and the garlic und deice finely. Clean the potatoes and the carrots and cut into dices or slices. Put a big pot above the campfire on a triad. Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté the onions and the garlic. Then add the beans, the potato pieces, the carrot pieces the tomatoes and the vegetable soup from the can. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Cover the pot with the lid and let it cook over the fire for one hour.
