I love the creamy taste and the fine flavour of vanilla rice pudding. Thats why I created this easy but  healthy and delicious fruity vanilla rice dessert (not only) for valentines day.

Ingredients for 4 servings

200 g short grain rice

800 ml light milk

2 pkg. vanilla sugar (28 g)

1 vanilla bean

1 pinch of salt

200 g rasperrys

1,5 tbs icing sugar

Preparation:

Scrape the vanilla bean. Steam the vanilla marc with the milk, the rice, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Stir in the rice slowly and let it cook one. Remove the pan from the heat and set it for 20 to 25 minutes in the closed pan.

Defrost the rasperrys if they are frozen. Keep 3 rasperrys for each serving. Mix the icing sugar with the rasperrys and blend to a creamy mass. Fill some vanilla rice pudding in the glasses and top it with the rasperry cream. Add another layer rice pudding and blended rasperrys. Top it with 3 fresh rasperrys for each serving.

Tip: this dessert tastes delicious warm or even cold.
