1 pkg. Old El Paso Tortillas Flour {corresponds to: 8 Tortillas}

50 g butter

125 g sppicy cheese {grated}

4 eggs {size L}

300 g Cremé fraiche

salt & pepper

175 g vegetables {broccoli, tomatoes}

3 pcs. springonions

kreative & easy – Veggie Tortilla Tarte

For our next fiesta mexicana we are serving a veggie tortilla tarte. The super soft tortillas are not just perfect for burrito, fajita und Co., but also for our veggie tortilla tarte. Which can be filled with every kind of vegetables, depending on the actual season.

Preparation

Reap the tortillas with butter. Lay them overlapping in a pan. Spread the cheese over the tarte. Mix the eggs with crème fraiche, season with salt and pepper and put it into the tarte. Wash the vegetables and spring onions. Cut the tomatoes in half. Top the tarte with the vegetables and onions and bake the tarte in the preheated oven at about 175° C for about 45 to 50 minutes.

Serve the veggie tortilla tarte warm and if you want together with salad.
