Ingredients
100 g butter
pulp of 1 vanilla pod
3 eggs {large}
225 g flour
½ pck. baking powder
130 ml milk
1 pck. vanilla sugar
80 g sugar
½ tbsp. cinnamon
depending on taste: 1 pint ice cream

Blend the eggs and the sugar with the vanilla sugar for several minutes in the food processor until creamy. Melt the butter and stir in the flour, milk and baking powder.
Bake the waffles in a waffle iron. Put two waffles on each palte and place one scoop of ice cream on top of the still hot waffles. Our favourite ice cream flavour at the moment is Caramel Biscuit & Cream Speculoos. Garnish the waffles with nuts, chocolate sauce, berries or fruits {like pomegranate seeds}. Eat it immediately.
