Ingredients
1 Bunch of fresh parsley
1 Small bunch of chive
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp. hot mustard
1/2 lemon
50 ml chili oil
Salt & pepper

4 Steaks { ca. 200g}

Wash and chop the parsley and the chive. Add the garlic cloves, mustard, lemon juice, zest of 1/4 lemon and oil. Puree everything. Add the rest of the oil and season with salt and pepper.
Heat some oil in a pan. Roast the steaks for three minutes on every side. Take the pan from the heat and cover it. Season the steak with salt and pepper and let them brew for 5-8 minutes in the oven. Serve the steaks with the salsa verde and some ciabatta.

The salsa can also be prepared with some garlic oil.
