Ingredients ( for 4 servings):

4 chicken breasts

juice of two lemons

1/8 olive oil

6 big potatoes

3 – 4 tbs dried rosemary

salt & pepper

1/2 liter vegetable brooth

optional: carrots, champignons, brokkoli or zucchini

Preparation:

Peel the potatoes and dice them in rude pieces. Peel the garlic. Marinade the chicken filets with the lemon juice, the olive oil, salt and pepper. Put the chicken filets in a baking dish.
