Ingredients:

8 egg yolks

400g sugar

2 pkg. vanilla sugar

200 ml water

200 ml oil

4 tablespoons cocoa

1 pkg. baking powder

8 egg white

filling:

1000 g cream

4 tbsp powdered sugar

4-5 tablespoons Nutella

Preparation:

Prepare a round baking dish (24 cm diameter) with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180° degrees.

For the pastry case: Cream the egg yolks with the sugar and the cacao. Stir in the oil and water by spoonfuls. Beat the eggwhite until stiff and stir the whipped egg whites in the mixture. Mix the powder with the baking powder and fold it in the mixture. Put it in the baking dish and bake it for about 25 minutes. Cut the pastry in half.

For the filling:

Stir the cream with the powdered sugar until stiff but fluffy. Put half of the cream on one pastry. Put the other pastry on top. Mix the rest of the cream with Nutella and put it on top of the cake. You can dent the nutella cream with a spoon if you want or smooth it down. Garnish it with cacao powder, chocolate cuttings or chocolate bullets.
