Easy recipe for smoothie bowl made of fruits and berries. Quick, delicious and healthy breakfast or snack recipe.

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

230 ml of fruit juice

1 apple

2 bananas

2 feasts of mixed berries (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, currants (fresh or frozen)

1 tbs of nuts

1 tsp of sesame or flaxseed

some strawberries and blueberries to garnish the bowl

Preparation:

Wash the fruits and cut them in pieces. Put some fruits by to garnish the bowl later. Blend the berries with the fruit juice and the fruits until its a creamy fruit puree. Put it in cups and garnish it with halved strawberries, blueberries and some nuts.
